OklahomaStateCannabis.org (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates informal websites about the cannabis industry in various states, including the site [www.oklahomastatecannabis.org] (the “Site”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how the Company collects, uses, and shares information from individuals who use the Site or who communicate with us about the services offered by the Company (the “Services”).

5. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 18 years of age, and no part of our Services are directed to children. We are a United States company and the Site is hosted in the United States. 7. Oklahoma Residents

The Company acknowledges that individuals in the State of Oklahoma have certain rights associated with the personal information received and retained by the Company through Oklahoma privacy laws. The state’s comprehensive consumer data privacy law is the Oklahoma Computer Data Privacy Act of 2022. Our strict user data policy fully complies with this law and respects your right to privacy and data security. We promise to secure your data and never sell information about you.

8. Do Not Track Notice

Many web browsers give you the option to send a "Do Not Track" signal to the websites you visit, indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. At this time, the Site does not specifically respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
